Terms of Service

You may use Jens for lawful personal or internal business coaching related to your own sales work. You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, probe other users' data, reverse engineer the product beyond what the law allows, or use Jens to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Authentication is provided by Clerk. Provide accurate account information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, transcripts, notes, documents, and similar materials). You grant Jens a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the coaching service for you, including sending necessary text to our AI provider as described in AI & Data.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content you provide, including any customer or employer information included in transcripts or documents.

Jens, including its branding, interface, and underlying software (excluding your content), is owned by Jens / its operator. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Jens to you.

Jens provides AI-assisted coaching suggestions. Outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, or poorly suited to your situation. Jens is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, HR, compliance, or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for how you use coaching suggestions in real customer conversations and business decisions.

Jens may be unavailable at times for maintenance, incidents, or provider outages. Features may change, and the product may include rough edges typical of an early release. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You may stop using Jens and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if we need to do so to protect the service or other users. Upon account deletion, Jens removes or anonymizes associated application data according to the product's then-current architecture.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jens and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost deals, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Jens is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to Jens for the service in the three months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
